Acne elimination through proper diet Any form of acne can be eliminated if the result of diets will be followed : - The right kind of fat should be consumed for the elimination of acne.Olive oil should be used in all your cooking methods as well as salads.
- Avoid saturated fats because they can cause damage to body tissues and promote inflammation. Saturated fats are in animal fats are solid at room temperature.Avoid non-fat or low-fat dairy products.
