Default Exercises for pregnant women


Regular exercise during pregnancy can reduce pain and work also contributes to the mere delivery of the child. Let me give some exercises that can be done during the delivery period. Relaxation physical and mental Exercise: This exercise is being carried out by flat on the ground.


Do the exercise of relaxation in the following order:

  • Relax your forehead. Do not wear wrinkles on your forehead.
  • Now that your jaw drop.
  • Loosen your shoulders.
  • Elbows and hands should be released. Hands must be spread in the body.
  • Make lose your hands and fingers.
  • Also loosen your legs.
If you find it difficult to relax, and then ask someone to move his hand on the forehead, shoulders and backs. This helps to speed up the relaxation. Is this process of working between two evils. Relaxing contribute to the smooth flow of oxygen to the body. So relax your face. Automatically your whole body relax obtain.


Types of exercise breathing to relax:


1) Inhalation of synchronization
  • deep breathing: Breathe deeply through your nose and fill your lungs. Output of air through the mouth.
  • normal respiration: Put your hands on your hips. Breathe slowly and release of air through your mouth as if you blow a balloon. Do this for twice.
  • The breathing until jaws: During this process called "OUT" to emphasize and put on "T". Breathing is done automatically.
  • Restart the deep breathing exercise.
2) Low breathing: Breathe low for twice and blow air. Keep doing so until the urge to push beyond baby is stationary. This exercise is to be done when the cervix is closed. The advantage of doing this exercise is to avoid swelling of the cervix.


3) The breath for the final push out:
  • Put your head comfortably on one or two pillows.
  • Breathe normally through the nose and the exhaust air through the mouth.
  • Breathe again.
  • Now, take a deep breath and hold.
  • Bring your chin close to the chest.
  • apply now in full force in order to push children down. If you find it difficult to keep breathing, then release, then take a deep breath.
  • the output of your breath and relax.
Do the above exercise when the doctor informs you that the cervix is open.
