Default Problems with acne

Macules: Small circumscribed changes in skin color that are neither raised (high), nor depressed. Macules are never together. They are basically little spots or blotches on the skin. They are completely flat and can be assessed by visual inspection, they can not be seen from the side. A dish which may be a fading brown, black, red, or lighter than the surrounding skin. A macule is a change in skin color. It is flat, if you were to close your eyes and turn your fingers on the surface of a purely macular lesion, you could not detect it. A macule is greater than 1 cm. Can be regarded as a patch.

Treatment
Photodynamic therapy (PDT). This treatment is mainly used for the treatment of CNV, which is directly underneath the fovea. The fovea is at the center of the macula, and provides healthy eyes in your vision. If conventional hot laser surgery has been used at that location, it would destroy all central vision. PDT increases your chances of preserving a part of this vision. It will not bring any of the vision that you have lost, but it can halt the loss of vision or at least slow the rate of vision loss.

Cyst
Cyst: These are large pus-filled lesions that are usually present deep into the skin. The cysts are very painful injuries, because they are inflamed. Cysts form in the wake of the contents of a comedo to spill and surrounding skin as a result of the immune system response in the local production of pus. The cysts often leave deep scars.

Treatment
Cystic Acne needs to be treated because of the risk of additional formation of cysts, and the tendency of scars. Dermatologists may choose to drain the infection if they are severe and offering a course of antibiotics. An alternative treatment is an injection of cortisone into cysts reduce the inflammatory response. Accutane is used by many dermatologists because of the serious nature of acne. The teratogenic effects accutane to limit its use in women of childbearing age. Therefore, it is vital that women of childbearing age are not pregnant and do not get pregnant while taking accutane. Women must use a method of birth control for 1 month before the start of therapy throughout the duration of treatment and for 1 month after therapy stops.

Pustule:
These are small round lesions which ignited and contain visible pus, which appear in red at the base with a whitish or yellowish. Pustules do not contain a large amount of bacteria. The inflammation is caused by chemical irritation sebum components such as free fatty acids. Similar to papules, pustules are red, white soft bumps with pus on their boards

Treatment
The tea tree oil. Apply tea tree oil directly on your face twice a day, morning and before going to bed after a good face wash. The tea tree oil is by far the best natural remedy for acne. Nothing beats its effectiveness on acne. Aloe Vera mask treatment. Aloe vera masks may be a good choice to improve the health of your skin and acne condition. It can be used directly by on your face applied uniformly, or you can eat as a kind of food.
